At Classic Jewels we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, unique, and exquisite jewelry pieces. Due to the nature of our products being delicate, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases where the product is received damaged (see Damaged Products section below). Please ensure you carefully review your order before submitting payment, as we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once the order is processed.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the return process, please provide:
1. Order number
2. Clear photographs of the damaged product
3. Description of the damage
Upon verification, we will:
1. Replace the damaged item with an identical or similar product.
2. Refund the full amount paid, minus shipping costs.
Conditions for Damaged Product Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage:

1. The product must be in its original packaging
2. The damage must be clearly visible and reported within 48 hours of delivery
3. The product must not have been altered, worn, or tampered with
